8.36 Tenant services

Requirement
Two customers (customer A and customer B) should be able to seize the CO with "0".
Both (customer A and customer B) should be able to call each other internally without going
through a CO
Customer A must not be able to seize customer B's trunk (incl. abbreviated dialling lists and
allowed/barred lists).
Customer B must not be able to seize customer A's trunk (incl. abbreviated dialling lists and
allowed/barred lists).
Customer A's trunk may be transferred to customer B.
Customer B's trunk may be transferred to customer A.
Limitations
It is not possible to transfer undialled trunks.
Simplified dialling is not possible.
Fast transfer is not possible.
Intercept can only be programmed for the entire system. If an intercept criterion is set, e.g.
"Intercept On No Answer", this feature is set for both customers.
Up to three customers can use a system.
Customer A and customer B cannot have the same telephone numbers.
Customer A is conducting an outgoing call on his trunk. This call can only be transferred to
customer B via the conference feature. An incoming call, on the other hand, can be transferred
directly.
Example
Customer A has the telephone number 02302 12345-0 STMD port 1.
Customer B has the telephone number 02302 67890-0 STMD port 2.
Customer A has extension numbers 100-109.
Customer B has extension numbers 110-119.
Customer A can reach the intercept position by dialling 100.
Customer B can reach the intercept position by dialling 110.
