Performing Feature Check
Check the feature for error-free functioning as follows:
Step
1.
Using the enquiry procedure, place an existing call on hold and set up a second call.
2.
Set up the conference using the input procedure (*3).
3.
If you want to include additional subscribers in the conference, place the conference on hold,
set up another call and activate the conference.

7.1.7 Music on Hold MOH (internal/External Source)

Definition
An integrated music source (hardware module) makes it possible to play music for waiting parties
during switching operations.
The following optional modules can be used as alternatives with the OfficePoint and OfficeCom
systems:
EXM (for connecting an external music source)
MPPI (with music module)
An MOH device can also be connected to a/b interfaces with the OfficeCom and
OfficePro systems.

Internal users cannot participate in more than one conference in the system
(exceptions: CorNet-N).
A/b terminals are not checked to determine whether or not they are voice
terminals.
Calls are charged to the party who set up the chargeable call. If the call is
transferred or terminated, the call charges are transferred to any internal
parties still on the call from the time that the call was terminated.
