The classes of service apply to data and voice terminals.
If the route for call management out is set to PBX, the toll restriction check
is not performed.
In the case of call management out is set to PBX, the trunk access code of the
main PABX should be entered as a second trunk access code so that the toll
restriction will be checked when a trunk line in the main PABX is seized.
When LCR is activated, these classes of service are used as LCR classes of
service. The toll restriction check is then performed by LCR.
