Prerequisite for programming example
Hicom 300 is the master system, Hicom 150 E Office is the slave system
The Hicom 300 extension numbers are 1000 to 3000, the Hicom 150 E Office ones are 4000 to 5000.
Trunk seizure in Hicom 300 is performed with trunk group code 0.
Programming the slave system via Assistant E
Go to Routes in the Lines/networking menu and select Route 1. Make the following settings:
Enter the route name and set the 2nd trunk code to 0; the trunk group code for route 1 must be deleted.
The route type is set to PABX in the Routing parameters window and the routing telephone number
(PABX number) is set under No. and type, outgoing.
The CorNet lines are to be assigned to route 1 in the Trunks window. Double-click on the asterisk in
the Param column for the relevant trunk to set the protocol to S0: CorNet-N variant 1 slave (direct).
In the System Parameters window, deactivate Automatic line seizure under Flags/CMI.
Switch to the Least cost routing window and activate Release LCR.
Make the following entries in the Dial plan window:
Line 1: Dialled digit 0CZ references route table 1 (plan for trunk call)
Line 2: Dialled digit 1-XXX references route table 1 (plan for CorNet - extensions 1000 - 1999)
Line 3: Dialled digit 2-XXX references route table 1 (plan for CorNet - extensions 2000 - 2999)
Line 4: Dialled digit 3-XXX references route table 1 (plan for CorNet - extensions 3000 - 3999)
Make the following entries in Route table 1 in the Route table window:
Line 1: Route 1, Dial rule 1, Warning: NONE
Make the following entries in the Dialling rules table:
Line 1: Rule name: Master system, Rule format: E1A, Procedure: Corporate network

Hicom 300 is the master system, Hicom 150 E Office is the slave system
The extension numbers run from 1000 to 5000 and are distributed between the master and slave
system. The following programming steps describes the configuration for numbers 2191 to 2195,
whereby
extensions 2191, 2193 and 2194 are connected to Hicom 300 , and
extensions 2192 and 2195 are connected to Hicom 150 E Office.
Trunk seizure is performed in Hicom 300 with the trunk group code 0.
