Step
If a DSS is attached, do the
following:
Check red LED next to each
line button for feature status.
The red LED idicates the following:
flashing = operator does not
receive calls-in-queue
alert
on= operator receives calls-
in-queue alert
off = not an operator position
If a DSS is not attached, do the
following:
1. Specify operator position
to receive Calls-ln-
Queue Alert and enter
operator extension
number in any one of the
following ways (if you are
programming a
sequence of operator
positions, enter the
lowest number first):
Extension number
Slot and port number
Logical ID number
2. Save your entry.

On the console
Toggle the LED On/Off,
as required.
Select Enter.
Alert
Dial [nnnn]
Dial [sspp]
Dial #[nnn]
On the PC
Toggle the letter R
On/Off, as required.
Type [nnnn]
