Step
To save your entry and
copy line assignments
from extension shown on
line 1 to another
individual telephone:
If next extension
number is
sequential
Your previous entry is
saved and next copy to
extension number is
shown.
If next extension
number is not
sequential
To save your entry when all
entries are complete
For a block of telephones, do
the following:
xxxx = extension number entered in Step 4
1. Specify the logical id of
the first extension
number in the block to
be copied.
2. Save your entry.
xxxx = extension number of logical ID entered
in number 1 of Step 6b
On the console
Select Next.
Select Next for each
sequential copy to
extension.
Select Enter.
Repeat Steps 3-6a.
Select Enter.
Dial # [nnnn].
Select Enter.
Copy Line/Trunk Assignments
On the PC
[F9]
Press
[F9]
Press for each
sequential copy to
extension.
[F10].
Press
Repeat Steps 3-6a.
[F10]

Type # [nnnn].
