Call by Call Service Table
When a call is placed on a Call by Call B-channel group, a specific service is
selected, depending on the match between the dialed digits and the table
entries. A service must be specified, otherwise the entry is ignored. The Call
by Call table can contain up to 10 entries; each entry can contain up to 10
patterns, each with a maximum of eight digits. If a dialed number matches two
patterns, the longer pattern takes precedence That is, 212555 matches both
212555 and 212; however, the longer pattern is deemed the matching pattern.
In addition to patterns, the Call by Call table can specify from 0 through 8 digits
to be deleted (the default is 0).
If the last entry in the table is empty (no pattern is specified), this entry is used
as a default and matches any pattern and type of call.
