Procedure: Loudspeaker Paging

Step
Select the Auxiliary Equipment
menu.
Select Loudspeaker Page.
xxxx = current line
If trunk is shown on the screen
and you want to remove the
Loudspeaker assignment, go to
Step 4.
Identify the trunk jack in one of
the following ways:
Extension number
Slot and port number
Logical lD number
Specify whether the trunk
jacks hown is used to connect
loudspeaker paging system.
To return to System
Programming menu
On the console
Select AuxEquip
Select Ldspkr Pg.
Dial [nnnn].
Dial [sspp].
Dial #[nnn].
Select Enter
or Delete.
Select Exit.
Loudspeaker Paging
On the PC
[F9]
Press
[F2]
Press
Type [nnnn].
Type [sspp].
Type #[nnn].
[F10] [F8]
Press or
[F5]
