Step
For a single telephone, do the
following:
1. Specify the extension
number.
2. Save your entry.
xxxx = extenesion entered in number 1 of Step 5a
3. Specify language for
the telephone.
4. To save your entry and
assign lanaguage to
additional extensions
If next extension
number is
sequential
Your previous entry is
saved and next extension
number is show on line
1 .
If next extension
number is not
sequential
5. To save your entry when
all entries are complete
3-300 Extension Language
On the console
Dial [nnnn]
Select Enter.
Select English,
French or
Spanish.
Select Next.
Repeat number 3 in
Step 5a.
Select Enter.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5a.
Select Enter.
On the PC
Type [nnnn].
[F10]
Press
[F1], [F2],
Press or
[ F 3 ]
[F9]
