Step
For a block of telephones, do
the following:
1. Specify the starting
extension.
2. Save your entry.
xxxx = extension entered in number 1
of Step 5b
3. Specify the ending
extension.
4. Save your entry.
xxxx = extensions entered in numbers 1 and 3
of Step 5b
5. Specify language for the
telephone.
6. Save your entry.
To return to System
Programming menu
On the console
Dial [nnnn]
Select Enter.
Dial [nnnn]
Select Enter.
Select English,
French, or Spanish
Select Enter.
Select Exit
two times.
Extension Language
On the PC
Type [nnnn]
[F10]
Press
Type [nnnn]
[F10]
Press
[F1], [F2]
Press ,or
[F3]
[F10]
Press
[F5]
Press two times.
