Performs a logical OR operation on a general register and another
general register or immediate data
Rd ⊕ Rs → Rd, Rd ⊕ #IMM → Rd
Performs a logical exclusive OR operation on a general register and
another general register or immediate data

Obtains the one's complement (logical complement) of general
register contents
