Use this procedure to refit gearbox axis 6.

Action
Check the pinion. A damaged pinion must
be replaced!
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Make sure the o-ring is undamaged and fit-
ted to the gearbox. If the o-ring is damaged,
replace!
Lubricate the o-ring with grease.
Release the brakes of the axis 6 motor
manually.
