Removing the axis 2 gearbox
Use this procedure to remove the axis 2 gearbox.

DANGER
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
Action
Remove the axis 2 motor.
Protect the cables from getting damaged and
from getting contaminated with oil spill.
Unscrew the attachment screws of the motor
flange and lift away the washers and the
motor flange.
Apply two guide pins into two opposite holes
in the gearbox.
CAUTION
The gearbox weighs 51 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Fit the lifting tool to the gearbox.
