Refitting the parallel arm
Use this procedure to refit the parallel arm.

Action
Remove the parallel arm from the lower arm
by lifting it straight up.
Tip
If needed use a plastic mallet and hit the
parallel arm from inside.
Turn the parallel arm over and put it on a
workbench or similar, as shown in the figure.
If needed, replace bearings.
Action
Refitting the parallel arm is best performed
on a workbench.
Check that the assembly and the condition
of the bearing is good. If not, replace dam-
aged parts.
