STARTCOMB
To make it possible to provide the directional information from a protection function, a
STARTCOMB block is used in between the application function and the Start Matrix
function.
The STARTCOMB function has one block input and 14 Boolean inputs that convert
the 14 Boolean inputs into a WORD output CND, see Figure 153.
