Bit Name
The left half of the Key3 should be stored to this register. The 8
of each byte is parity bit, and it isn't used for encryption/decryption.
If users need to byte-swapped key value, they can control it by
using DESCON[12]. If DESCON[12] is set, byte-swapped key is
written to DESKEY3L. Otherwise, original key is written to
DESKEY3L.

The right half of the Key3 should be stored to this register. The 8
bit of each byte is parity bit, and it isn't used for
encryption/decryption.
If users need to byte-swapped key value, they can control it by
using DESCON[12]. If DESCON[12] is set, byte-swapped key is
written to DESKEY3R. Otherwise, original key is written to
DESKEY3R.
