10.5.16 USB WRITE COUNT FOR ENDPOINT 4 REGISTER

When OORDY is set for OUT endpoints, USBWCEP4[22:16] maintains the byte-count number of data in FIFO
due to be unloaded by the MCU. In case of IN mode, MCU first writes the byte-count number of data to be loaded
into FIFO, then write data into FIFO.
