1.7.2 NTP Peer Mode Configuration

I. Network requirements
Quidway2 sets the local clock to be the NTP master clock, with the clock stratum
being 2.
Configure an S5600 series switch to operate as a client, with Quidway2 as the time
server. Quidway2 will then operate in the server mode automatically. Meanwhile,
Quidway3 sets the S5600 series switch to be its peer.
