4. PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

Photo conductor section

A. Periodically replacing parts/cycle

• Drum unit/Y,M,C : Every 90,000 counts (bizhub C360)

• Drum unit/K

• The following shows the procedure for replacing the drum unit/M, but take the

same procedure for the drum unit/Y, C, K.

B. Removal procedure

1. Open the front door.

2. Remove the waste toner box.

Every 75,000 counts (bizhub C280)

Every 55,000 counts (bizhub C220)

: Every 120,000 counts (bizhub C360)

Every 100,000 counts (bizhub C280)

Every 70,000 counts (bizhub C220)

3. Turn the drum unit lock lever [1] and

release the lock.

4. Pull the drum unit [1] to you and

remove it from the machine.
