1. Remove the tray 2 paper feed unit.

2. Remove two screws [1] and the E-
ring [2], and remove the metal plate
[3].
3. Disconnect the connector [1], and
remove the harness from two wire
saddles [2].
4. Remove the E-ring [3], and remove
the paper feed tray 2 vertical trans-
port clutch [4].
NOTE
• When mounting the paper feed tray
2 vertical transport clutch, set the
convex part of the stopper into the
concave part of the paper feed tray
2 vertical transport clutch [4].
2. Remove two screws [1] and the E-
ring [2], and remove the metal plate
[3].
