19.5.24 C1183: Elevate drive malfunction
(1) When FS-527 is installed
Elevate motor (M15)
Tray1 lower position sensor (PS21)
Tray1 upper position sensor (PS24)
Tray1 upper position switch (SW2)
Tray1 lower position switch (SW3)
Step
Check the connector between M15-FSCB
1 PJ4 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
Check the connector between PS21-FSCB
2 PJ21 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
Check the connector between PS24-FSCB
3 PJ16 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
Check the connector between SW2-FSCB
4 PJ3 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
Check the connector between SW3-FSCB
5 PJ3 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
Check the connector of M15 for proper

drive coupling, and correct as necessary.
7 PS21 I/O check, sensor check
8 PS24 I/O check, sensor check
9 SW2 I/O check, sensor check
10 SW3 I/O check, sensor check
11 M15 operation check
12 Change M15
