Fusing pressure roller retraction motor (M11)
Fusing pressure roller home sensor (PS32)
Fusing pressure roller retraction sensor (PS38)
Step
1 Check the connector between M11-PRCB
CN3 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
2 Check the connector between PS32-PRCB
CN3 for proper connection and correct as
necessary.
3 Check the connector between fusing unit-
PRCB CN12 for proper connection and cor-
rect as necessary.
4 PS32 I/O check, sensor check
5 M11 operation check
6 Change M11
7 Change fusing unit
8 PRCB ICP6 conduction check
9 Change PRCB

19.5.73 C3202: Fusing motor turning at abnormal timing
