Creates or deletes a BGP peer.

Usage Guidelines
•
Use the no form of this command to delete a BGP peer.
•
You must still enable a BGP peer after creating it. A BGP peer is enabled using the
status
command.
•
Once created, a BGP peer cannot be enabled until it is assigned an autonomous system number using
the
ip bgp neighbor remote-as

-> ip bgp neighbor 172.22.2.115
-> no ip bgp neighbor 172.22.2.115
