The following Figure 11.49 indicates the positioning of the transmit and receive
plugs and orientation of the connectors and keying of the plugs. The SC-type
socket is designed to support self-locking duplex SC-type male connectors.
This ensures that the fiber optic plugs are securely fastened to the sockets.

Connection

Connect to the fiber optic interface using fiber optic cable with self-locking
duplex SC-type male connectors.
