When connected correctly and if configured properly using the manufacturer's
setup procedure, the iSCSI should be available from Perception.
WARNING
During the manufacturers setup of the iSCSI the disk should be formatted
correctly in the ext4 file system, this information is not covered in the
®
Synology appendix. If the iSCSI has not been formatted correctly in ext4
format according to the manufacturer's instructions the GEN DAQ system
will not detect the iSCSI.
