ELECTRIC STARTER — INSTALLATION
Preparation
• Check that the O-rings are securely fitted on the
bearing flange.
• Lightly grease the O-ring on the bearing flange
and the centring bore in the ignition housing with
LOCTITE ANTI SEIZE.

ATTENTION
Ensure that the electric starter is in the correct
installation position.
Procedure
Step
1 Push the whole electric starter into the
ignition housing.
NOTE
Propeller may need to be slowly ro-
tated to align gears.
2 Tighten the hex. nuts M5 equally. Tighten-
ing torque 6 Nm (53 in. lb.).
3 Connect the positive pole on the electric
starter.
