Remove the 2 insulating flanges between the in-
take manifold and the cylinder head.

Release the attachment of the airbox to
the ignition housing.
8 Take off the spring type hose clip 25 using
spring clamp pliers part no. 877840.
9 Mark the coolant hoses and pull them off
of the coolant elbows (inlet). See
75-00-00 section Cooling
