INSTALLATION
Preparation
• Clean all parts carefully
• Remove protective coverings
OIL PRESSURE SENSOR (OPS) —
INSTALLATION
Step Procedure
1 Clean the thread of the oil pressure
sensor.
2
Apply LOCTITE 243 to the thread of the
pressure sensor and use an 21 mm sock-
et wrench part no. 876075 (or a similar
tool) to tighten it. Tightening torque 15
Nm (133 in. lb.).

3 Plug the respective wiring harness con-
nector into the corresponding pressure
sensor. See Chapter 76-50-00 section

BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR (BPS) —
INSTALLATION
Step Procedure
1 Clean the thread of the boost pressure
sensor.
2 Tighten the pressure sensor with an 21
mm socket wrench part no. 876075 (or
similar tool). Tightening torque 10 Nm (89
in. lb.).
3 Plug the respective wiring harness con-
nector into the corresponding pressure
sensor. See Chapter 76-50-00 section
