INTAKE MANIFOLD — INSTALLATION
Step Procedure
1 Place the insulating flange on the cylinder
heads.
2 Place on the 2/4 and 1/3 intake
manifolds.

ATTENTION
1-ear clamps may only be used once!
Step Procedure
3 Fix the 2/4, 1/3 intake manifolds with 8
hex./torx collar screws M6x20 from the in-
side outwards, using special tool part no.
876180.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (89 in. lb.).
NOTE
Check tightening torque after test run
again.
4 Install new 1-ear clamps.
