REMOVAL OF THE NEEDLE BEARING

Preparation
• Remove the governor flange according to the in-
struction in section Governor flange —
Step Procedure
1 Loosen M5x12 hex. screw with thrust
washer from the engine block.

Step Procedure
2 Mount press-in jig part no. 276000 to the
needle bearing.
3 Install the threaded pin of special tool part
no. 276004 through the plunger and the
oil inlet flange. Fix it with the knurled nut
on the other side.

5 Screw extractor spindle and threaded pin
