COOLING AIR-DUCT (OPTIONAL) —
INSTALLATION
Procedure
Step
1
Attach cooling air duct (is not mechani-
cally held in place).

Install intake manifold, airbox and cooling
expansion tank assy.
EXPANSION TANK AND COOLANT
HOSE — INSTALLATION
ATTENTION
Ensure that the expansion tank is fixed without
tension.
NOTE
Check the push-on lengths, readjust the pre-
formed hoses if necessary.
Step Procedure
1 Install coolant elbows 1 to 4. See
72-30-00 section Cylinder
2 Mount 1 spring type hose clamp 35 on
the preformed hose radiator outlet and
mount 1 spring type hose clamp 25 each
on preformed hoses 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3 Position the expansion tank assy. with the
5 preformed hoses on the engine.
