MANIFOLD PRESSURE SENSOR
(MAPS_1/MAPS_2) — INSTALLATION
Procedure
Step
1 Clean the thread of the manifold pressure
sensor.
2 Tighten MAPS with an 21 mm socket
wrench part no. 876075 (or similar tool).
Tightening torque 10 Nm (89 in. lb.).
3 Plug the respective wiring harness con-
nector into the corresponding pressure
sensor. See Chapter 76-50-00 section

4 Make sure to put the connector latch to
the bottom.

Install the clamp. Check for tight fit and
correct position of the clamp on sensor
and connector!

Attach cable ties (strain relief) .
