The status indicator LED can be used to identify the following status
during startup/power on:
1 Red, steady: Default when power is available.
2 Red, flashing: Power is on, self-test is ongoing, operating system
3 Green, flashing: Application is loaded and waiting for commu-
4 Green, steady: Power unit is operational.
If the LED does not turn steady green after 30-60sec, then the status
indicator LED can be used to identify the following issues:
Note
When troubleshooting the power unit for an CRB 15000 controller, there is only
two status:
Red, the power unit is broken. Replace it.
Green, the power unit is ok.
Action
Check the FlexPendant for errors and warnings.
Power the controller off. Wait one minute, power the controller on.
Wait 30-60 seconds after power-on.
Make sure that the control system power is in run-time mode.
