Action
Check that the floor cable is connected from the
manipulator to the motor connector X1.
Visually inspect the cable for damage or extensive
bending marks.
Tip

C90XT.
Look at the LED PS on the front of the robot signal
exchange proxy. LED PS should be solid green.
Look at the LED MS, LED PC and LED HMI. All
LEDs should be solid green.
Measure the power on K2.X7.
Tip

Check that the connection from the robot signal
exchange proxy to the motor connector is ok:
K2.X7 - X1.
Check that the connection from main computer
to the robot signal exchange proxy is ok:
K2.X6 - A1.X2

7.2.4 Problem releasing the robot brakes
Note
If the cable is damaged, re-
place to a new cable and go
to step 8.
If the cable is not connected,
repair the connection and
go to step 8.
