2 Select a stop configuration and define the mode (automatic or manual).
ProtectiveStop is the AS/GS input
ExternalEmergencyStop is the ES input
InternalEmergencyStop is the emergency stop button on the
FlexPendant
3 Select the stop category.
For some manipulators, only category 1 stop is available.
4 After the configuration is done, the safety configuration must be written to
the controller and then a restart of the controller is required.

Action
In the Visual SafeMove ribbon, click on
Controller and then select Write to con-
troller.
A report of the safety configuration is
shown.
The report can be printed by clicking on
Print (it is recommended to print the re-
port since it should be used when validat-
ing the configuration).
Click OK to close the report.
Answer Yes when asked if you want to
restart the controller.
DANGER
A safety stop configuration must always be validated to verify that the desired
safety is achieved. If no validation is performed, or the validation is inadequate,
the configuration cannot be relied on for personal safety.
Action
Deactivate any supervision functions that are signal
activated.
Move the robot, for example with a move instruction.
