display controller e3 number

Parameter
number: CE3 interface number.
Description
Using the display controller e3 command, you can view the state of the CE3
interface.
This command can be used to display the state of the CE3 interface as well as the
information of each E1 channel when the CE3 interface is working in CE3 mode.
Example
# Display the information of E3 0 interface.
