ip-relation: The change of connection state, namely, the allocation of addresses.
Description
Using the debugging dhcp server command, you can enable the packet, event and
connection debugging of a DHCP server. Using the undo debugging dhcp server
command, you can disable the corresponding debugging.
Example
# Debugging about all events about DHCP server

Description
Using the dhcp enable command, you can enable the DHCP service. Using the
undo dhcp enable command, you can disable the DHCP service.
By default, the DHCP service is disabled.
Before performing the DHCP configuration, enable the DHCP service. other related
DHCP configurations will then take effect.
