inbound-packets: Makes statistics on the input packets that are transmitted by the
current interface but denied by the firewall.
outbound-packets: Makes statistics on the output packets that are transmitted by
the current interface but denied by the firewall.
Description
Using the ip count firewall-denied command, you can configure IP Count to make
statistics on the packets denied by the firewall on the current interface. Using the
undo ip count firewall-denied command, you can disable IP Count to make
statistics on the packets denied by the firewall on the current interface.
By default, no statistics is made on the packets denied by the firewall.
Enabling the ip count firewall-denied command on an interface will enable IP Count
to make statistics on the packets denied by the firewall on the interface or the packets
output from the interface. Statistic information of both input and output packets is
stored in a specific data information table.
Example
# Set IP Count to make statistics on the packets denied by the firewall on the
interface.
