By default, both internal loopback and external loopback are disabled.
internal loopback and external loopback are used to check the condition of interfaces
or cables. Such functions should be disabled when they are in normal operations.
If a serial interface that is formed by binding timeslots of the /PRI interface is
encapsulated with the PPP and set to loopback, it is normal for the protocol state of
link layer to be reported as Down.
Example
# Enable the interface T1 0 to remote loopback.

Description
Using the pri-set command, you can bind the timeslots of /PRI interface to be a
pri-set. Using the undo pri-set command, you can cancel the existing binding.
By default, no pri-set is created.
In the case of implementing pri-set binding, timeslot 24 on the /PRI interface will be
used as D channels. Therefore, this timeslot cannot be bound independently. If only
this timeslot is to be bound, the binding activity will fail.
In the case of binding the timeslots on the /PRI interface to form a pri-set, timeslot 24
will be used as a D channel to transmit signaling, and the other timeslots as B
channels to transmit data. All the timeslots can be randomly bound as one pri-set (as
