After this command is configured, you need to restart the interface with the down/up function. Only after
that can QoS sending token function take effect.

Syntax
qos cq cql cql-index
undo qos cq

cql-index: The number of CQ, ranging from 1 to 16.
Description
Using the qos cq command, you can configure the CQ list onto the interface. Using
the undo qos cq command, you can cancel the operation of applying the CQ list
onto the interface.
By default, congestion management policy on each interface is FIFO.
To make them work, you should apply the customized queue lists on some certain
interfaces. Although each interface could apply only one list, the same customized
queue list can be applied on several interfaces, so can multiple different customized
queue lists be applied on different interfaces.
