Parameter
inbound: Set rate limit on inbound interface data flow.
outbound: Set rate limit on outbound interface data flow.
any: Any packet.
acl: Packet matching ACL(Access Control List)
acl-index: The number of ACL rule which is defined by the qos cacl command
ranging from 1 to 199.
Carl: The packets that match the committed access rate list.
carl-index: The number of committed access rate list.
cir committed-rate: Normal data flow rate, ranging from 8,000 to 155,000,000bps.
cbs burst-size: The normal size of data block in burst traffic, ranging from 15,000 to
155,000,000 bits.
ebs excess-burst-size: The maximum size of data block in burst traffic, ranging from
0 to 155,000,000 bits.
conform: Set behavior to be taken onto packets when traffic rate conforms to the
committed rate.
