action: Behaviors taken onto packets with rates conform to the committed rates are
as follows: discard, pass, continue, remark-prec-continue, remark-prec-pass
continue Continue searching the matching rules and then deliver the packets
to the next qos car configuration for further process.
discard Discard the current package.
remark-prec-continue new-prec
configuration for further process after resetting precedence for those packets.
remark-prec-pass new-prec
precedence for those packets.
pass Transmit packets directly.
exceed: Set behaviors to be taken onto packets when data rates are not in
conformity with committed rates.
Description
Using the qos car command, you can configure a CAR rule on a certain interface.
Using the undo qos car command, you can cancel a CAR rule on a certain interface.
By default, no CAR rule is configured on any interface.
This command is intended for the processing of IP packets only. It can not function to
process other data packets. Repeated execution of this command results in multiple
CAR rules being applied onto the interface. This command can take effect only after
the function of fast forwarding is disabled.
