Windscreen washer reservoir: Removal - Refitting
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Remove:
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
- the windscreen washer bottle neck (see 85A, Wip-
ing - Washing, Windscreen washer reservoir
neck: Removal - Refitting, page 85A-35) .
Note:
When removing the windscreen washer pump
and the headlight washer pump, use a container
to collect the windscreen washer fluid which will
flow out of the bottle.
a Remove:
- the windscreen washer pump (see 85A, Wiping -
Washing, Screen washer pump: Removal - Re-
fitting, page 85A-25) ,
- the headlight washer pump (see 85A, Wiping -
Washing, Headlight washer pump: Removal -
Refitting, page 85A-26) .
WIPING - WASHING

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Unclip the wiring at (1) .
a Remove:
- the bolt (2) from the windscreen washer bottle,
- the windscreen washer bottle.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the windscreen washer bottle,
- the windscreen washer bottle bolt.
a Attach the wiring.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the windscreen washer pump (see 85A, Wiping -
Washing, Screen washer pump: Removal - Re-
fitting, page 85A-25) ,
- the headlight washer pump (see 85A, Wiping -
Washing, Headlight washer pump: Removal -
Refitting, page 85A-26) ,
- the windscreen washer bottle neck (see 85A, Wip-
ing - Washing, Windscreen washer reservoir
neck: Removal - Refitting, page 85A-35) .
