Steering column switch assembly: Removal - Refitting
a Undo the bolt (3) without removing it.
a Use a flat-blade screwdriver at (4) to release the
steering column switch assembly.
a Remove the steering wheel control assembly.
a Disconnect the steering column switch assembly
connectors.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a In the event of a replacement operation, do not re-
move the pin (5) from the steering column switch as-
sembly.
a
WARNING
Incorrect wheel alignment may damage the
rotary switch.
a Ensure that the wheels are set straight ahead.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a
WARNING
To prevent damaging the rotary switch, do not
turn the mobile section of the rotary switch.
a Connect the steering column switch assembly con-
nectors.
a Refit the steering column switch assembly to the
steering column.
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Clip on the steering column wiring.
