Expansion valve - intermediate pipe connecting pipe at the expansion valve outlet: Removal - Refitting
V4Y or V9X, and AIR CONDITIONING 01 or AIR CONDITIONING 02
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the nut (2) from the « expansion valve - in-
termediate pipe » connecting pipe bracket on the in-
termediate pipe.
WARNING
In order to avoid any refrigerant leaks, do not
damage (deform, twist, etc.) the pipe.
a Disconnect the « expansion valve - intermediate
pipe » connecting pipe from the intermediate pipe.
a Insert the blanking plugs.

a Remove the bolt (3) from the « expansion valve - in-
termediate pipe » connecting pipe bracket on the ex-
pansion valve.
WARNING
In order to avoid any refrigerant leaks, do not
damage (deform, twist, etc.) the pipe.
a Disconnect the « expansion valve - intermediate
pipe » connecting pipe from the expansion valve.
a Insert the blanking plugs.
