Additional fuse and relay box: Removal - Refitting

The fuse box cannot be separated from the battery ter-
minal. To remove the battery terminal (see 80A, Bat-
tery, Battery terminals: Removal - Refitting, page
80A-12) .
If replacing fuses, check that there are no signs of
overheating on the box. If there are signs of overheat-
ing, replace the battery terminal.
REMOVAL
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Disconnect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery:
Removal - Refitting, page 80A-4) .
a Remove the positive battery terminal (see 80A, Bat-
tery, Battery terminals: Removal - Refitting, page
80A-12) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Unclip the cover of the additional fuse and relay box
at (1) .
FUSES
5 N.m
11 N.m
a Remove:
- the nuts (2) and (3) ,
- the fuses.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the fuses.
a Tighten to torque:
- the nuts (5 N.m) (3) ,
- the nuts (11 N.m) (2) .
a Clip on the cover of the additional fuse and relay
box.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the positive battery terminal (see 80A, Battery,
Battery terminals: Removal - Refitting, page 80A-
12) .
a Connect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery: Re-
moval - Refitting, page 80A-4) .
