Rear light bulb: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
1 - Rear light bulbs on the wing
a Remove the rear light on the wing (see 81A, Rear
lighting, Rear wing light: Removal - Refitting,
page 81A-1) .
2 - Rear light bulbs on the tailgate
a Remove the tailgate light (see 81A, Rear lighting,
Rear opening element light: Removal - Refitting,
page 81A-6) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
1 - Rear light bulbs on the wing
a - Direction indicator bulb
a Remove:
- the direction indicator bulb holder by turning it a
quarter of a turn anti-clockwise,
- the bulb from the bulb holder.
b - Brake light and side light bulb

Note:
If the LEDs are faulty, replace the complete rear
light on wing.

2 - Rear light bulbs on the tailgate
a - Reversing light bulb
a Remove:
- the reversing light bulb holder (1) by turning it a
quarter of a turn anti-clockwise,
- the bulb from the bulb holder.
b - Fog light bulb
a Remove:
- the fog light bulb holder (2) by turning it a quarter of
a turn anti-clockwise.
- the bulb from the bulb holder.
c - Side light bulbs
a
Note:
If the LEDs are faulty, replace the complete rear
light on the tailgate.
