Expansion valve: Removal - Refitting
F4R, and AIR CONDITIONING 01 or AIR CONDITIONING 02
- the bolt (2) for the expansion valve - condenser
connecting pipe bracket on the expansion valve.
a Disconnect:
- the expansion valve - compressor connecting pipe
on the expansion valve,
- the expansion valve - condenser connecting pipe
on the expansion valve,
WARNING
In order to avoid any refrigerant leaks, do not
damage (deform, twist, etc.) the pipe.
a Remove:
- the expansion valve - compressor connecting pipe
from the expansion valve,
- the expansion valve - condenser connecting pipe
from the expansion valve.
a Insert the blanking plugs.
a Unclip the refrigerant low pressure and high pres-
sure connecting pipes at (3) .

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the bolt (4) from the expansion valve.
a Position the first threaded rod (5) M5 X 80 length =
80 mm in place of the bolt (4) .
a Remove the bolt (6) from the expansion valve.
