Cannot perform mass calibration.

Possible Remedies
Allow contaminants to pump away so they do not interfere with calibration gas ions.
Create a starting tune file using manual tune. Select Air & Water /Tune from the ISQ 7000 Dashboard to launch ISQ Manual Tune

An air leak has been detected.

Possible Remedies
Check the system for air leaks and address them.
Use a spring-loaded transfer line nut (PN 1R120434-0010) to prevent leaks with graphite-Vespel ferrules.
