 To replace the source retainer magnets, magnet yoke, source insertion guide, source
magnets, or front manifold o-ring on the manifold door

1. Shut down your system by following the steps in
on page 149.
Note You do not have to remove the ion source cartridge or the column. However, you
must vent the instrument.
2. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws around the manifold door.
